Why doesn the export RIS, BibTeX function work?
Please check that your pop-up blocker does not block WizFolio. To download your item, the following settings are required for these specific browsers: For Internet Explorer (IE) Select Tools -> Internet Options -> Security -> Select Internet icon -> Custom Level -> Scroll down to Downloads section: • Select Enable for “Automatic Prompting for file downloads” • Select Enable for “File download” Click Ok. For Chrome Click on Notification icon (displayed on the right of the Address Bar) -> Always allow pop-ups from *.wizfolio.com. For Safari Go to Tools (the Gear icon) -> Preferences -> Security -> uncheck Block pop-up windows. For FireFox If you have Zotero on Firefox, it will auto-import your RIS file into its collections and prevent you from downloading the file into your desktop. You may disabled that feature by: Open Zotero -> Open Preferences -> Select General tab -> Uncheck “Use Zotero for downloaded RIS/Refer files” -> Click OK.
