Why doesn the ER HyZor (basic) Kit come with all the parts?
A. There are several reasons. We provide the parts that: 1. Need to be ‘custom’ built with tools not commonly available; 2. Are common to all installations; 3. May vary in the marketplace, so our parts assure proper ‘fit’; 4. Could be difficult to acquire locally. Fewer parts keep the cost of the (basic) Kit lower. Every part no matter how small, requires ordering, inventory, preparation, packaging, shipping. The parts not included (wires, terminal ends, hose, etc.) are locally available at reasonable costs in small quantities. These additional parts usually cost $20 – $40. Our legal and insurance advisors also tell us sad, but true &emdash; this is a post 9/11 world. Having people buy components from more than one source limits our liability. Buying parts from various sources also limits the ability of ‘Vested Interest’ to stop the ER HyZor Technology.
