Why doesn the EquationImport macro work in Word 2000/XP?
Most likely the conversion package for WordPerfect 5 was not installed with the rest of Word. To install it, try to use File -> Open… on any .wp5 file. You will be prompted for your Word 2000 or Word XP CD. Follow the instructions given.
