VISA rules require merchants who assess a convenience fee for online credit card transactions to also assess a convenience fee for other forms of online payments. The Division of University Housing wants to provide its customers with the no fee option of making electronic check (eCheck) payments for their Housing bills. As a result, we are unable to accept VISA credit cards for online payments.
