Why doesn the DepthQ Filter dialog show up sometimes?

The DepthQ OpenGL Renderer Properties dialog (also referred to as the ‘DepthQ Filter’ for short) is only available after a movie has been loaded, as direct communication is required with the rendering engine. If you load your movie first, you should be able to see the dialog when invoked.
