Why doesnt the campus just purchase SA for all known Microsoft servers?
• There is a limited amount of money available for the central funding of SA. • Not all Microsoft servers on campus provide services vital to the Universitys Mission, and its appropriate for those that are not providing those services to be supported by departmental funds from the departments using them.
