Why doesn the Busy Bride order page calculate shipping costs?

The ordering pages for Stylart, Classic, McPhersons & Masterpiece do not calculate shipping before submitting your order. The Busy Bride does charge shipping for all orders, but the shipping costs are calculated & e-mailed along with a spelling & content proof of your order. This information can then be reviewed by you and approved when you ready to finalize your order. Payment arrangements can then be taken care of by either Phone or Fax. The ordering pages for Carlson Craft, Regency, NuArt and Birchcraft do calculate shipping before submitting your order.
