Why doesn the burner ignite or stay lit?
The valves and burners used to manufacture these products are very high quality and high performance. These components have been engineered to deliver maximum performance under normal operating conditions; however, under special atmospheric conditions of high pressure during colder months and at lower elevations, the propane burner occasionally may not ignite or stay lit properly. During this temporary condition the performance of the system will be slightly lower than normal. To solve this problem, close the propane valve slightly to flow at 75% – 90% of full capacity. Also, cover 1 or 2 holes on the air mixer tube (located right above propane valve) with a small piece of tape. (DO NOT insert objects into holes, this will clog the system, only use tape). Also check that the propane valve nozzle that goes into the propane tank is not clogged (the nozzle is clogged if you cannot hear gas when the valve is open). Remember to REMOVE tape after use. Also remember to always use new propane
