Why doesn’t the barcode on my ID card work in My Account, Research Port, or ILL?

0

If you are a current UMCP faculty, staff or student, you now use your Directory ID and password (the same that you use for logging into ELMS and your university email address) to log into My Account, Research Port, and ILL services. If you are a UMCP Research Affiliate, Special Borrower, Alumnus, Friend of the Libraries or Retired Faculty, you must still use your 14-digit barcode to access My Account, Research Port (if applicable), and ILL (if applicable). The barcode that the Library has on file for you may be different than the one you are trying to use. Please contact a Circulation staff member if you are having trouble with your barcode. If you are not affiliated with the University of Maryland College Park campus, see Find Your Library Barcode for more information.
