Why doesn’t the A&R Wanted List name the companies asking for the listings?
Executives do not want to get overwhelmed with outside submissions, so they will not accept unsolicited material. Initially they prefer to remain anonymous. We act as a liaison between our members and our team of executives. After the member makes a submission to the A&R Wanted List, we send it directly to the listed company. Once we send it, you will be notified who it was sent to. If the executive likes what they hear, they will contact you directly.
