A. In order for the 88890020 communication adapter to function properly with PTT V1.09, the firmware in the adapter must be updated to V1.11.0.0. Follow the instructions below to update the software of communication unit 88890020.1. Open Tech Tool and choose Settings in the Tech Tool menu2. Select the Comm. Unit Configuration tab in the Settings window 3. Select Communication unit (88890020) in the drop down list4. Click Configuration5. Click Update Software. A window will open in the application to instruct you through the update.6. After the update you must unplug the communication unit for the updates to take effect.
