Why doesn the 16-bit version of LinkWise 2.0 synchronise with the GroupWise 4.1a address book, allowing only a straight through transfer of entries?

GroupWise 4.1a does not allow end-users to add or modify system address book entries. As synchronisation requires the addition, deletion and modification of users in the address book, the 16-bit version of LinkWise is only able to extract user information from a user-defined personal group and transfer this information to the Psion.
