Why doesn SeeWolf Online provide a tool to perform server management like other hosting companies provide?
That’s easy – we do provide 100% terminal server access to your server IF it’s a dedicated platform for your organization. We DO NOT provide a server admin tool for shared hosting customer for security reasons. All of our hosting customers have administrative access of their website – but not the web server. We don’t want customers to inadvertently cause the platform to crash, so we keep tight control over system configurations. We find what other providers do in this arena unacceptable and we value our customers more that that – its a nice marketing gimmick but in practice it often leads to disaster.
