Why doesn Rifts use xxx system?
Because shocking though this may seem to some people, licensing systems costs money. Palladium is out to make money. See? Believe me, I’m the first one to say that they need a new system, but licensing one wouldn’t be too cost effective for them, even if some other systems are really neat. There have been a number of fan adaptions to other systems, but for legal reasons, I can’t reference them here. Let’s just say if you look hard and long enough, you’ll find what you are looking for. However, don’t think that just changing the system will fix everything — it’s a matter of setting as well.
