If Revolution2 is not sticking to Temphase, the air-inhibited layer has been removed. Remember, if the temporary has not been polished you may add Revolution without a bonding agent. If the temporary has been polished and the air-inhibited layer has been removed, a bonding agent is necessary. The recommended bonding procedure: 1. Abrade the surface or roughen it up with a bur (no acid etch) 2. Clean it up 3. Apply bonding resin 4. Cure.
