Why doesn Racing Beat offer components for older RX-7s?
Due to increasingly fewer of number of older cars, it is not practical to design new components for these older applications. Due to the high cost of modeling and tooling for each part, it is unlikely that you will find many manufacturers that will consider new parts for these older applications. Adding misery to the situation is the fact that when many of the current production molds are worn out and no longer usable, a manufacturer may not elect to remake the mold. At this point, the life cycle of this part has been completed. So, if you see a part you like… grab it while you can!
