Why doesnt PeP pay for stories?
PeP is a relatively new business, and as any business, it takes years of the business owner paying out-of-pocket for everything before a profit is actually made. PePs goal is to pay authors upfront for all accepted submission, but it may be some time before this aim is reached. Each contributing author will receive a free copy of their book. So in the mean time, why would you as an author want to offer your time and work? Well, your byline and bio on the website and in the book will be free advertising for you. Each time you are published, you have another credit to add to your portfolio. Plus, you are helping a new ministry/business and are able to be involved in and support the beginning phases of it.
