Why doesn Outlook shut down when I close it? • Why is Outlook crashing sometimes? • How do I remove the signature RelationshipSecure includes in e-mails I send? • “Verify Contacts” and the other RelationshipSecure buttons have disappeared. How do I get them back?
• RelationshipSecure seems to have become disabled. I click the toolbar buttons and nothing happens. • I sometimes see e-mails with no subject or body appear in my Deleted Items folder Back to Top Using RelationshipSecure with Spam Blocking software RelationshipSecure needs to be able to receive e-mail messages pertaining to your mailings in the Outlook Inbox. When a recipient of a verification e-mail you send with RelationshipSecure confirms or provides new information, the RelationshipSecure verification server will send the results back to your computer from the e-mail address “server@relationshipsecure.com”. Therefore, you should make sure your spam blocking software allows e-mails from that address to come directly into your inbox. It would also make sense to allow all e-mails from the domain “relationshipsecure.com” to come through if your spam blocking software provides that option.
