Why doesnt OLV show payments my client is getting from Child Support?
If payments do not show for an individual who claims to get child support, review carefully each child support case shown on the Individual Results Summary for the payee to determine if he/she has more than one MPI number assigned. Conduct an OLV search using each MPI number associated with the payee. Payment history should display once you identify the case in which current payments are associated.
