There is a conflict between Network Magic and Kaspersky Antivirus 6.0. Network Magic does not run, and the Kaspersky process avp.exe consumes .98% or more of your CPU resources. This continues until either Network Magic or Kaspersky is uninstalled. This has been fixed in the most current version of Kaspersky Antivirus.
