Why doesn NASP provide coffee outside of workshop and session rooms?
Coffee provided by hotels costs around $70-$90 per gallon (equivalent to 30 cups). To provide coffee in any meaningful quantity would mean an increase in registration fees. Our attendees typically give feedback that keeping registration costs low is a very high priority, so we skip the coffee and stand in the Starbucks line.
