Why doesn?t Nantucket Nectars Premium Orange Juice taste like Tropicana if it is not from concentrate?

Nantucket Nectars not-from-concentrate 100% Premium Orange Juice will have a slightly different taste than other not-from-concentrate juices, such as Tropicana, because it is pasteurized at a higher temperature. In other words, our juice does not need to be refrigerated until opened, and has a shelf life of about 2 years. Tropicana, on the other hand, must remain refrigerated and has a “sell by” date of only a few weeks. This difference, along with the difference in packaging (glass vs. cardboard) may contribute to the different taste many people experience.
