Why doesn Nakamichi make a dual-dubbing deck?
Having two decks gives you full control on setting/balancing levels, and on determining type of noise reduction, if any, to be used. Additionally, single well decks are built with higher performance in mind, as they are not catering to those who want convenience and economy. Nakamichi has never made a dual deck because they believe it would compromise integrity of the tape produced.
