Why doesn my USB-to-serial port adapter work with Ambu Manikin Cable for the CPR Software?
The Ambu Manikin Cable uses the control signals on the serial port (e.g. CTS, RTS, DTR, DSR) for communication. Some USB-to-serial port adapters only implements the datasignals and not the control signals. Only USB-to-serial port adapters with control signals implemented will work with the Ambu Manikin Cable.
