It is usually because your DUI was entered incorrectly when you purchased/registered your software. Please make sure that the capitalization is correct and that there are no spaces at the beginning or end of the DUI. If you have checked this and the unlock key still doesnt work, please send us your DUI and detailed order information so that we could provide you with the correct unlocking key.
