Why doesn my student aid appear on my ZOTBill?
Look carefully at both pages of your ZOTBill; sometimes unapplied aid is noted on the second page. Unapplied aid may indicate that there’s a problem with your account. Select Current Account on ZOTAccount Online, and click on the word conditions next to the Minimum Amount Due to see what needs to be done before your aid may be applied. Any of the following conditions may be involved: • Financial Hold: Outstanding debts that must be paid and/or departmental holds that must be cleared will prevent any aid from being applied to your registration fees. Log in to QuickSearch, or contact Campus Billing Services (949) 824-2455, for more information. • Financial Aid Hold: Check Visual Aid for your current award status and/or counselor requests for additional information, or contact the Office of Financial Aid and Scholarships (949) 824-6261. • Unmet MRU: If you have failed to enroll in the Minimum Required Units specified for your award, student aid posted to your account remains unapplied.
