Why doesn my receipt print out the despatch date I requested?

Because there is no standard facility to insert a requested despatch date in our software. We cheat a little! Our software makers are working on this but we do always confirm with a personal e-mail (not an automatically computer generated e-mail) the despatch date. We do see the date you inserted even though it doesn’t print out on your receipt.
