Unlike many scholarships, NSF-FAST has requirements that must be verified at the end of each semester before renewal can occur. Thus, the scholarship typically appears in the financial aid account 2-3 weeks after a semester has ended. Students should monitor the Current Announcements webpage within the NSF-FAST website, where updates during each semester break are posted. Emails are sent out each semester denoting renewal, probationary renewal, or non-renewal; the date that these emails are sent is posted on Current Announcements.
