The first thing to find out is if your local IMAX theatre is a ridefilm theatre. If it isn’t, then your local IMAX can’t play ReBoot: the Ride or Journey Into Chaos. Both films were produced exclusively for the IMAX ridefilm platform– they need a special small IMAX theatre with moving seats & such. If you do have an IMAX ridefilm theatre near you but they still don’t play the ReBoot ride, then you need to get in touch with the theatre operator. The ridefilm theatres are like franchise operations. Each theatre operator chooses which ridefilms to get. Maybe if enough interest in ReBoot is shown to your local ridefilm operator, they’ll pick up one or both of the ReBoot ridefilms. If not, consider traveling to another ridefilm location that does play the ReBoot ridefilms.
