Why doesn my interstate licence cover me in NSW?
As with Driver licences and road rules, each state maintains jurisdiction over their own CAPI licensing. Regulation is through the respective state governments and their relevant legislation. Because of the differences in legislation, each state requires that a licence must be issued under their jurisdiction to authorise employment within the CAPI industry.
