Why doesn my ILLiad username and password work anymore?
We now are using the NetID to authenticate our users in ILLiad. By making the change to the NetID, you will have one less logon to remember. If you created an ILLiad username in the past that was not your NetID username, then you will be prompted to re-register. This is a good opportunity to update your contact information, such as e-mail address and mailing address.
