Why doesnt my bunny like to be held?
Some bunnies love to be held others do not. A bunny is instinctively a prey animal & being held up off the ground is a fearful place. You can do things to make your bunny more comfortable or tolerate being held you cant make him like it. Start by picking your bunny up off the ground while you are seated next to him, pick him up only a few inches & hold him securely so he doesnt feel as though he might be dropped. Keep working with him picking him up higher & higher each time. Eventually he may trust you enough to pick him up while standing! You may find that your bunny is really only comfortable being held while you are seated & others just love to be carried around. Just remember all bunnies are individuals & what one likes may not be what another does.
