Why doesnt my access code work, or what if my access code is expired, or what if I forgot my access code?
For your security, your access code automatically expires after 60 days. If your access code doesnt work, you have lost your access code, or your access code has expired, please send an e-mail to MyChartHelp@mcw.edu. Please include information about the problem, along with your name, address and date of birth. If we have questions about your request, we will send you an e-mail. If we do not have any questions about your request, a new access code will be mailed to you. Privacy concerns prevent us from e-mailing a new access code to you.
