MS Money/Quicken does not recognize any position with negative quantities. Unfortunately, you must manually update the quantity of your position on Money/Quicken. In cases where your short position is covered (you no longer hold that short position in your account), MS Money/Quicken will display a zero price, zero cost basis and market value, yet leaving the negative quantity displayed; you may delete the position on Money manually.
