Why doesn’t Mack Data programming communicate with the vehicle?
A. Mack Data programming does not use the PTT communication settings. The communication adapter being used must be selected for Mack Data programming using the Utilities function in Mack Data programming.1. From the Utilities drop-down menu, select V-MAC Preferences2. On the Common tab, select the RP1210A device, port, and J1708 protocol.3. Click Apply, then OKMack Data programming is now configured to communicate with the vehicle.
