Why doesn LightSpeed™ contain beta alanine?
Unlike nitric oxide products, beta alanine is an excellent product that is borne out by actual research and real world results. However, one dose of beta alanine prior to a workout or competition isn’t going to do any good. Beta alanine needs to reach a saturation point within your system in order to take full effect, and that usually requires a loading phase during which the user must take very high doses of beta alanine several times a day for several days. What is also required is that beta alanine levels in the body remain constantly elevated around the clock – not just at workout time – which means that, even after the loading phase, it must be taken every 6 to 8 hours consistently. Time-released beta alanine formulas are ideal, and 3 doses spread throughout the day, every day, are required.
