Why doesn Ireland have one soccer team like it does in rugby?
beacuse we would be completely taken over as we have been with the rugby we are not allowed to sing god save the queen or fly union jacks at any matches in ulster so were is the fairness in that when they play in southern ireland they fly the tricoloour so football would just be the same it would be a big problem and cause more tension than it would be worth. i am astounded by gellert gerry armstrong among many others marttin oneill etc was one of our great goal scorers and he was a catholic catholics have always played.
