Why doesn God heal all sick people?
First and foremost, we must understand that we live in what some would call a “Genesis 3” world (also known as a “fallen” world). Sin has always existed (according to Romans 5:13), but we weren’t made aware of it and therefore were not subject to it until Adam and Eve sinned. When that happened, it was not just our lives (and destiny) that changed. God’s “life” changed as well, because of the difference that suddenly existed between His will and His plan. To say that His plan changed is problematic, because it is not as if the Fall blindsided God. However, if the world had continued without sin, His will and His plan would have been perfectly aligned (or so we can presume). Nevertheless, because sin entered the world, suddenly His plan was made known: to send Christ to die for us for our sins. His will is that “no one should perish” (2 Peter 3:9) and that all come to repentance, but because of sin in the world, His plan unfortunately has to allow for pain and suffering (as well as Hell
