Why doesn FurBuy work well with WebTV?
We are aware that some users of WebTV have been having minor issues with FurBuy’s functionality, especially when attempting to register a new account or post a new auction. Unfortunately we cannot provide specific support for WebTV users as the web browser it makes use of is a custom-made, proprietary browser which lacks support for both JavaScript and Cascading Style Sheets, two very common and important pieces of modern web browser functionality. We will attempt to make modifications where we are made aware of them, but the only recommendation we can offer to WebTV users is to use a different internet service which allows use of your own web browser. We apologize for this difficulty and make note that it is WebTV’s fault for not using a standard piece of web browser software.
