Why doesn Free-Net get its own Internet line/satellite Usenet feed?
Freenet is now no longer dependent on Camosun College for our Internet feed. We are now going directly through a local Internet Service Provider with a high speed direct connect. With this connection, the expense of a satellite connection is not feasible or required. We are grateful to Camosun College for sharing their connection with us during our first two years of operation.
