Well, I can’t be sure, but Final Fantasy IX works much better on ePSXe 1.5.2 than on ePSXe 1.6.0, if that’s what you’re using. The PAL version also has a problem with casting spells on disc 3, so using the NTSC version on 1.5.2 may fix your problem. If you have been using PAL, the save files will still be accessible on the NTSC version.
