Why doesn exist PRODUCTION and EXPIRY DATES on products of domestic lines packed products and why do they seem stale ?
All products served on our flights are produced on a daily basis which is the most important requirement of our agreeements between us and catering companies. These products are exclusively produced for our passengers and is not sold as a retail product. According to hygiene rules of international aviation rules, returning flights unused meals can never been used for another flight. This application is very important for food safety and also for human health that we provide to save preparing products against returned foods (cross contamination) and keep the cold chain. These daily preparing foods has been hold in cold rooms after production period and get served daily also.
