Why doesnt Exaccus give bonuses to stats?
A. Finally, a good question! Well, on a technical basis its probably because Zephiel was already too strong and giving him a stat bonus would make him too broken. On a storyline basis, its possible that the Sword of Seals absorbed Exaccuss power, since the Sword of Seals gives two stat bonuses. It could very well be that one of them was originally Exaccuss.
