A typical American luau consists of parrots, flamingos, Hawaiian shirts, pineapples, recorded Don Ho music and tropical drinks. Not ours, we specialize in Hawaiian luaus because our founder Norman lived on the island of Maui for most of his life. It is our mission to bring the Hawaiian Islands to you. You need to have been there to know what an authentic luau consists of. Event planners must be very talented to do a truly authentic luau. We use special foliage that is native to the islands-from the mountains to the ocean and from the valleys to the rain forest-Hawaiian entertainment, including native drum playing, hula dancing from all of Polynesia and the famous fire dancing, authentic local kine foods and the aloha that is shared by all.
