Why doesn eating raw fish give you food poisoning, as would eating raw meat?
Raw meat only makes you sick when it has bacteria and such in it – the act of cooking it kills that bacteria If for example, you had a live animal, killed it quickly, then again quickly ate the meat, you probably wouldn’t get food poisoning because the meat doesn’t contain bacteria This applies to fish and meat Also: Raw fish most certainly can give you food poisoning, it’s just than when it is served raw, the people serving it (hopefully, otherwise you’ll probably get very sick) make sure it is VERY fresh
