Why doesn DRO enforce the game rules?
The question back is: Which rules? The rules originally published with the game have been amended throughout the years and people also like to add their own “house rules”. Also, the newly re-released board game of Divine Right will change the game rules yet again. We want to provide our players with the flexibility to play any variant they desire. We also have development constraints because this is not a money-making venture for us designers and programmers.
