Why doesn Caller ID on Call Waiting always work with my S-310 Complete Connections box?
The S-310 Complete Connections box should be connected to the telephone that you use most often. If you are using a telephone not connected to the Complete Connections box, the Caller ID on Call Waiting feature will not operate on that extension. You may connect a Complete Connections box to each telephone on your telephone line if you wish to use the Caller ID on Call Waiting feature on each telephone extension.
