The tuition benefit of the Post 9/11 GI Bill exceeds the price of Baylor’s tuition. Therefore, Baylor does not need to participate in the Yellow Ribbon program because the generous benefits of the Post 9/11 GI Bill for Texas universities is beyond Baylor’s tuition rate.
