When you click the exam button on PASS PRO homepage, you should see a login page pop up that takes you to the program for the chosen exam. If you do not see this popup try the following solutions. 1) Switch JavaScript on. To do this click on Tools in the top menu bar of your browser > then click Internet options > then click the tab called Security > then click the button that says Custom level. Scroll down the page to where it says Scripting. There make sure that next three options (Active Scripting, Allow paste operations via script, and Scripting of Java applets are enabled. 2) If step 1 does not work it is because you have disabled a program to block popup adverts that is also blocking the PASS PRO login page from opening. You may need to uninstall this program or replace it with one that allows the login window to open. 3) Install the Flash Player again.
