Why doesnt anyone believe me that im allergic to adrenalin?

I can’t say that this is true. Your body makes natural adrenalin, from the adrenal glands located on the top of your kidneys. If you were really allergic to adrenalin, then the first time you got excited, mad, or scared, you’d start to have an allergic reaction. I’ve been in the medical profession for over 25 years, and I’m positive I haven’t seen it all, but I’ve never heard about this before. Best of luck to you……..

Adrenaline is a chemical the body makes. However, that doesn’t mean you can’t be allergic to ‘artificial adrenaline’, the way some people can’t use some forms of antivenin because they’re allergic to the serum.

First of all I would like to point out that dentists do not give adrenaline nor does any other type of doctor. Other doctors would use epinephrine which is the synthetic form of adrenaline. Adrenaline and it’s synthetic form epinephrine are strong stimulant and would have no use in a dental office. Dentists use sedatives and or analgesics such as Novocain, Lidocaine, and nitrous oxide. While it may be possible for a person to be allergic to adrenaline which your body produces on it’s own when your brain initiates a flight or fight reaction, this would be a fatal condition at an early age. If you had a reaction to something that the dentist gave to you, it is far more likely that you are confusing adrenaline with whatever the dentist gave you.

I believe it is possible, but it is hard to imagine, since the body manufactures adrenaline. Maybe you are allergic to the synthesized type.
